Soft tissue is composed of many layers.

  • Tendons

  • Ligaments

  • Fascia (Superficial & Deep)

  • Skin

  • Fat

  • Synovial Membranes

  • Muscles

  • Nerves

  • Blood Vessels

Pain free movement is composed of a slide/glide mechanism that lubricates each layer with synovial and hyaluronic fluid. Most of the pain or discomfort you feel is the lack of hydration within these layers resulting in an aberrant stickiness.

Manual Therapy techniques and movement will help unbind these areas to reclaim pain free motion.
