Clearly, the answer is sprinting. This is the one activity that places high demands on your energy system development and requires all the muscle groups to work in a coordinated fashion quickly.

This is also the most powerful and brief movement you can do and will increase your fitness capacity overall.

Its also really fun and liberating!
