Are You Fit to Run?

Some people think running will get them fit, but soon realize they need to get fit to run.

All this means is that you need to make sure you’re structurally sound, regarding your soft tissue flexibility and alignment.

Going from zero to hero will get you quickly side lined as loading an imbalanced structure will break sooner than later.

Increase your flexibility especially in the hips/ankles and your muscular loading capacity to make yourself more capable to withstand the demands of running.
